Change Management Specialist / Corporate Communication Officer

Expanding our organization capability to suit our growing business,  the opportunity is for passionate specialist to join our team in change management and corporate communication activities. The role will be handling project communication plan, from assessment, design and execution as part of change management strategy. In addition, the role will also build and execute corporate branding strategy. 

Work type: hybrid, office location: Radio dalam, Jakarta Selatan. Desk type with less travel (No more than 10%).

Requirement:

1. Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Communication, English literature, Psychology or similar. Industrial Engineering degree is welcome to apply

2. No minimum experience, fresh graduate is encouraged to apply

3. Excellent presentation and writing skill, ability to work with Microsoft Office in intermediate level. Fluency in figma or canva is an advantage.

4. Proactive, capable to work independently with less supervising

5. English level basic to intermediate

6. Experience in working at power plant, oil and gas or manufacturing plant is an advantage.

Salary range: starting 6 million IDR / month.
